What if my package is lost or missing?   How will you ship my order? We’ll ship your order using whatever the fastest and most trustworthy method is. We’ll ship smaller items using UPS, FedEx or occasionally USPS. These packages generally arrive at your door 2-5 days after they leave the warehouse. Find out more about UPS/FedEX delivery here.
Self Service Truck Delivery
Some items too big or heavy to ship UPS/FedEx will arrive in a delivery truck during a time when you’re at home (don’t worry – you’ll schedule this in advance!) The driver will unload your item onto the curb, and you’ll move it from the curb into your home (you may want a friend or relative to help you with this).
Premium Delivery
For certain large or fragile items, we’ll use a premium service to make delivery a breeze. A trained two-person team carries your item to your home and may provide other setup services. Like Self Service Truck Delivery, you’ll pick a time in advance when you’re home to accept the delivery. We’ll tell you the exact services you get for the item you’re ordering on the product page. We’re happy to ship to all 50 US states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and US Territories (including Puerto Rico.) A few products do come with specific location restrictions, which we’ll tell you on the product page.
We’re very sorry that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes. Canada
We’d never forget about our neighbors up north! Most of our products are eligible for Canadian shipping. Look for a small Canadian flag image in the Shipping Information section of our product pages to find out if a specific item can ship to Canada. Shipping Cost For Example…
Free Shipping! - these items ship free Sofas, beds, dining tables, nursery sets, other big stuff
Free Shipping over $69 – these item ship free when your order is $69 or more Dinnerware, pet products, accent pieces, games
Standard Shipping – these items are not eligible for free shipping (sorry!) Some commercial items, certain brands
Like all rules, occasionally you may come across an exception. If you’re shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or a US Territory (e.g. Puerto Rico), we may need to include additional shipping charges – we don’t mean to pick on you, it just costs a little more to get things there. Find out what these charges are by entering your zip code in your shopping cart. International Fees
To our friends north of the border: orders shipping to Canada will show an international fee, which covers international shipping costs, duties, and brokerage fees. We’ll handle all the paperwork!
The “International Fee” that we show in the shopping cart and throughout checkout covers international shipping costs, duties, and brokerage fees. Additionally, GST and, where applicable, HST will be remitted for you to the Canadian government to further simplify your shopping experience. We collect and remit HST for the provinces of Ontario and British Columbia, as well as the increased HST for Nova Scotia, effective July 1, 2010. Select postal codes are designated as remote locations and may carry additional shipping fees. Back to top   When will my order arrive? General Estimates
We know you’re excited to get your package and don’t want to play 20 questions to figure out when you’ll get it. We provide you with the most up-to-date info we have every step of the way. On product pages, you’ll see a Delivery Estimates link below the Add to Cart button, which gives you a personalized delivery estimate for your zip code or postal code. We’ll also email you with your delivery estimate after you place your order, so you’ll know when we expect the item to leave our warehouse and when it should arrive at your home.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves the warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking number. You can click the tracking number in that email anytime to see where your package is. You can also check this if you sign in to My Account and click the link Track Packages. From there, just locate the order number and click the actual tracking number to track your package.
Back to top   Can I ship an order to more than one address? Sending products to more than one address within an order is a piece of cake. During checkout, simply click the option “Ship to multiple addresses” in the shipping address section. You can choose which shipping address applies to each item on the next page.
